The Oil

A lively, fruity and complex oil, the Robert Oatley Koroneiki is a medium-robust oil. The aroma of green banana and tropical fruits persists to the palate and is complemented by the light roquette leaf bitterness and warm ginger finish.

The Olives

The olives themselves are tiny, averaging less than 0.8g at harvest. This, combined with the upright growth of the tree, make them difficult to pick; however the resulting outstanding oil definitely makes it worth the effort.
