Ingredients

  • 500g Goat’s Cheese
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • Thyme or Rosemary
  • Lemon Peel
  • Salt
  • 600mls Robert Oatley Koroneiki Olive Oil

Method

Place goat’s cheese in glass or stone bowl, place chilli, lemon peel and garlic cloves.

Pour over olive oil, pinch salt and add herbs of your choice.

Marinate and use on wafters, toast, salads, pasta
